Account Retrieval
Starting today people who have forgotten their password will be able to get their account back. CIT now has Account Recovery Managers, these are CIT staffs who focus on helping you get back what you should have.

PM them if you have any questions! But do not PM saying "plzzzz, take a look plzz CG". An Account Recovery Manager will look at it and PM you once he or she has time for it.
Getting your account back goes as following: Follow the format below and fill it out in all honesty. Do not include things that we do not ask about. Once an Account Recovery Manager sees your account retrieval request he or she will contact you personally. Remember: everything is traceable. If you lie, we will find out.

Further explanation:
The account name is case sensitive. So if your account name is R0dOdenDoren93, fill it in like that and not r0dodendoren93.
Last nick name is the name you saw when you said something, the one that is changable via /nick. For example:
(LOC) [CG]F@R!S: Test
Last time you were able to log in, be as precise as possible. It's possible that you haven't played CG for a while, then do not say "2 months ago" say for example "April". Though, if you go to your MTA folder and then to MTA > Logs, you can see dates.
We'd like to know the story of how you forgot your password. This can be "I've moved" or "couldn't write it down due having nozy siblings" etc.
It's important to include some proof that it's your account. For example, if you have made screenshots in the past: include one! (In a spoiler!). More proof makes it easier to verify you as the real account owner.
Once you've posted it the Account Recovery Manager will PM you.
Please, do not waste our time for accounts that have like 6 hours of playtime. We'd like to help everyone but so little play time is easy to get back with a new account.
