I have been a member of the staff team before, if yes for how long: No, however I've had a high admin level on another server that was using the same scripts.
How many hours have you played on the server in total: Ten hours but I'll improve them!
How many hours on average do you play on the server a day: 5 hours

My understanding of the English language is: Good enough to be understood by everybody.
What languages can you speak: Arabic, French, Italian and some Bulgarian, Chinese and Portuguese words.
In detail, describe yourself and why you want to be a member of CG staff and what activities you're involved in within CG (group participation, bug reports, favourite jobs, etc): I'm a matured guy and well known. I've never got a vaild punishment from a staff member. Actually I know that my hours are not enough to join such a strong team but I'll tell you why should I join the team and what will you get "profit" from me. My English skills are enough good and I can understand and be understood. I always find bugs on the server, I know how to fix them and I know each script *the exactal name of it and what does it contains*. I'm one of people who were developing the other server, I'll not say its name. I deserve a shot because I'm not new in MTA and I played in too many RP servers. However that doesn't mean I'm a server hopper, I've been supervising a server for over 1.2 years and reached really big rank. I know how to deal with cheaters and exploiters. I've never ever tried to abuse my acces while working, thats how I became L5 on another server. I'm a loyal player and I love to help others, I understand 80% of the Lua language and I'll help the community as well as I'll try to do much events so as to let our great players enjoy thier server with enough fun and let the newbies keep playing on the server. My hours are not too much because of one reason which is: I'm a matured guy and I wont keep my laptop opened 24 hours/ day just to farm hours.

I think somebody is cheating so I: Inform a higher level admin as my access would only be sufficient enough to investigate for 100% certainty but as I would be unable to punish them a higher level admin will ultimately need to get involved.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: Inform higher level admins that they're cheating and need dealing with, if nobody was present to do that I would admin jail them for a very long time to ensure that they do not disrupt game play.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: Report it to the highest staff and any developers that are online on IRC immediately, informing them of the severity. (In case I've been added as a developer, I'll fix it by myself)
