Tutorial for installation:

First of all you must find MTA folder (C: | Programs (x86) | MTA San Andreas 1.4 )

As second thing open the folder named ''MTA''

As a third thing open the folder named ''cgui'' and then paste the folder ''images'' which you found in rar file

As a fourth thin greturn to MTA San Andreas 1.4 folder, open ''Skins'' and paste there the another folder that you found in rar file, in my case ''Glass Edition''

And at the end just open MTA, go in settings, Inderface, found ''Skin:'', and choose the one that you downloaded
