What exactly happened: I was ingame, suddenly i saw him spawnkilling his group mate, im sure thats not allowed in hobos, he is rulebreaking while no one is on, so he should be kicked i think

Well , Let's Give Him a Chance , He Will Be Warned , And If You Saw Him Doing that again , Report him and he will Be kicked.
